Q1: Which stores can Voltage Models?
We can only match prices with UK-based shops and websites that sell UK-stocked goods. Prices with shops outside of the UK change all the time, so we can't match them.
Q2: What goods' prices can you match?
We'll only match prices on things that are 100% the same as ours. For instance, it needs to be brand new, protected, wrapped in a box, and contain the same things as ours.
We can't, for example, charge the same price for a used, opened, or working item as for a brand-new one. We will match their price, though, if their item is brand new, sealed, and has the same materials as ours.
There must be real stock in the UK for the other store in question as well. Also, the goods they sell must meet UK standards. For example, we wouldn't be able to match the prices of a Tamiya dealer in Spain.
Q3: The thing I want is sold out on another website. Can you get it for me?
Prices that are in stock and ready for shipment the following business day are the only ones that we can match. We are unable to match prices if you are able to obtain the items from another retailer with next-day working-day delivery. This also holds true for pre-orders.
The products cannot only be available for pre-order; they must be in stock and ready to ship at the other locations. As a U.K. retailer of Tamiya products, we are willing to match competitors' prices if they provide a better offer.
